Particolare, prima e dopo l’intervento di restauro.

 

 

Dal 2002 restauro principalmente quadri da cavalletto, cioè tele e tavole. Le operazioni di restauro e di conservazione sono eseguite in modo da garantire un risultato di massima qualità e precisione. Intervengo con coscienza, attenta e consapevole della teoria del restauro come insegnava Michele Cordaro, allievo di Cesare Brandi, fondatore dell’Istituto Centrale di Restauro a Roma .

Vengono usati materiali da restauro reversibili e di prima qualità. Tra i requisiti per la pulitura con i solventi sono selettività e controllabilità.

Ogni intervento di restauro è documentato. Con disegni grafici, fotografie e testi sono spiegate e analizzate le tecniche di esecuzione dell’opera, materiali costitutivi, stato di conservazione, interventi precedenti e interventi di restauro conservativi eseguiti. Sono rapportati le indagini analitiche e le prove tecniche che spesso accompagnano un restauro di un’opera d’arte.

 

 Restauro opere d’arte –conservation of art

 

I work since 2002 with paintings conservation, mainly canvases and wood panels. My interventions will guarantee a result of precision and good quality. My conservator work is guided by ethical standards, such as the conservation-restoration theory by the art historian and theorist Cesare Brandi.

Appropriate materials and methods are used that aim to be reversible. The solvents that are applied during cleaning are selective and controllable.

Full documentation of all work is undertaken. Graphics, photos and texts are to explain and analyze the execution techniques of the art work, constitutional materials, state of conservation, previous interventions and executed conservative interventions. Chemistry and scientific analysis for the examination and treatment of the art work are reported.
